Jason winced, trying to think up the right way to explain. "You're going to have hundreds of people looking at your pictures; can you smile for them?"

Ruby blinked once, tilting her head, and then nodded cautiously, before turning direct to camera and smiling at it; a big, cheesy, terrible smile.

Jason cringed. "Okay, uh, we'll come back to these," he said, looking at his watch and then noting down the time for the next day of shooting. "Let's try some other shots."

The next several shots were much easier on her; no direct eye-camera contact; a glamour shot showing her shoulder and a profile of her face; another of her holding a cherry blossom in her paw, along with several other sedate images.

"Okay, time for some of the real images," Jason finally said, and Ruby perked both ears up at him, giving a determined nod, hiding her confusion.

"Lean back for me again, supported on one arm."

Ruby did as asked, leaning back on the bench, supporting herself with one arm.

"Spread your knees a little," Jason said, and the camera angle lowered slightly.

Ruby stared at him, perplexed, but obediently widened the stance of her legs a half-inch.

"Further," Jason hummed.

Ruby's ears flattened back, and she gave him a concerned glance, spreading her legs another quarter-inch, though her thighs remained touching. "C-cario?"

"Just a little bit more," Jason coaxed, reaching forwards to lay a warm hand on her knees. She stared at him, but allowed the contact, and Jason pressed on the inside of her knee, pressing them apart until the camera could glimpse a flash of black flesh...
